We’re available 24/7 and will send one of our techs to start fixing the problem as soon as possible. You should then call your insurance company to open your claim and schedule a visit from a claim adjuster.
Can it wait?
Some situations can wait for a professional to do a proper inspection and get a full scope of the project before making any repairs. If you find mold in your home or need something repaired, call your insurance company first to open the claim. You can then contact us, and we’ll let you know how we can help.
Anything you can have on hand makes the insurance adjuster process much easier, and it can save you money, too. If you can, find approximate prices of what was damaged for a better estimate on how much it will cost to replace.
An insurance adjuster determines which repairs are covered by your policy and which ones aren’t. This is why any documentation is so important. It can help save you money and prove to your insurance company any necessary repairs should be paid for by your policy.
